‫אנו נשתמש בזמן זה כדי‪:‬‬
‫• לתאר פעולות שחוזרות על עצמן‪ ,‬הרגלים ומנהגים‬
‫כלליים‪:‬‬

‫)כלומר אני תמיד הולך לביה"ס זה לא חד פעמי זהו‬
‫הרגל אני הולך לביה"ס יום יום(‬
‫• כדי לציין עובדות ואמיתות כלליות‪:‬‬

‫כלומר מים רותחים ב‪ 100 -‬מעלות זוהי עובדה שלא‬
‫ניתן לשנות אותה‪.‬‬

‫• כאשר הפועל מסתיים באותיות ‪ z , o , x , sh, ch , s :‬נוסיף ‪:es‬‬

‫אחריהם ובכל הגופים יבוא הפועל בצורתו הבסיסית כלומר "ערום"‬
‫ללא תוספות‪ .‬וכך נקבל עבור קבוצה ‪:1‬‬
