development principles. It minimizes environmental
impact, preserves heritage, minimizes disruptions,
optimizes infrastructure use, improves traffic flow,
enhances public safety, and maximizes infrastructure

road. Envisioned as the Speediest and Safest Link, this
project is not merely a road—it is a catalyst for seamless
connectivity, efficiency, and safety, harmonizing the
journey for residents and travelers alike. By building this
innovative bypass, it aims to create a pathway that not

management, enhancing environmental sustainability and
resilience.

Alitagtag, Batangas while the blue represents as the
proposed commercial building. Commercial buildings,
including retail spaces, offices, and business centers,
serve as hubs for economic activities. They attract
businesses, generate employment, and contribute to the
overall economic vitality of the city.
A proposed park and commercial building in Alitagtag,
Batangas, aims to blend nature and commerce, creating a
