 Product/Tech Requirement has to be discussed and aligned internally within Business teams.

 After alignment, Jira ticket has to be raised keeping, Deepanshu in Marketing, Vineet in Category
in CC. Assigning it to Shivani for BB/BOS, Gaurav for COV, Sahil for NE/Vivvyx, Krunal for
GM/Taps&All/Backend.
 Product team will expect answers of following questions against requirement raised to Draft
BRD. Please attach document answering the same in Jira ticket itself. Product team queries
against BRD has to be answered in Jira ticket.
 Detailed discussion on requirement raised will be done in Bi-weekly ‘product-marketing sync’
and ‘Product-Category sync’ meeting respectively.
 Post this Discussion, Product team will start working on PRD as per alignment done during the
sync-up. And communicate Product team deadline on same to respective POC and team on Jira
ticket.
 Updates will be done on tech Grooming done and tech deadlines on Jira ticket as and when
available.
