2 세계 무역을 재편하는 탄소국경조정세
유럽연합(EU)의
탄소국경조정세(Carbon Border-Adjustment Tax, 이하 탄소국경세)
도입이 임박함에 따라 기후 정책이 전 세계 상품 무역 흐름을 바꾸게 되었다.
탄소국경세 준비중인 EU
단계에 있다. 경제 강국들 중에서는 EU가 가장 많은 진 는 거대 경제이기 때문에 초기에는 EU를 제외한 전 세계

했다. 특히 개발도상국은 배출 감축에 필요한 대규모 투 소국경세가 시행된 후 무역 흐름이 어떻게 전개되느냐
