1. The T will provide students with an introductory
overview of the various body structures and organs (e.g.,
what they look like, their location).
- Show pictures of various internal organs and have SS
identify one by one.

2. Give SS a sample outline of a human body. Instruct SS to
draw their own outlines on their notebook. Have them
label the body structures and organs that they have
learned about?

3. The T starts to introduce the lesson by asking these
simple questions:
 What does a brain look like?
 Why are our brains like computers?
 What are the characteristics and functions of the
brain?

4. With these guide questions, the T may write SS possible
answers on the WB and have SS take down notes. SS may
give emphasis on the definition of the brain, its functions
and characteristics which may enlighten their
understanding about the brain.

5. The T may engage SS with the topic by having them turn


and talk to a partner (seatmate probably) sharing what
they know about the brain.
