8. PROCEDURES

8.1 Inspection:
Inspection of the thread counter bore length at shoulder is performed on the thread counterbore
length located after the last thread.

Measurement shall be taken from the face of the box till the shoulder that is located after the last
thread.

8.2 Acceptance / Rejection criteria

Thread counter bore length at shoulder is acceptable if the measured length is within limits
prescribed on the IR.

8.3 Records

The result of these inspections shall be recorded on the IR.
