Actions Recommended:
1. Counterweight cylinder pressure seal found damage; needs to be change it.
2. Boom hoist or lift cylinder seal found leakage; needs to be change it.
3. Proper maintenance should be followed as per manufacturer schedule and record.
4. Based on thorough visual examination, functional and proof load test the equipment described
above was found unsatisfactory at the time of inspection.
The inspection results are valid at time and place of inspection. The above inspection has been carried out according to Bureau
Veritas general conditions of service, the issuance of this inspection report does not release the contractual parties from their
own responsibilities and the fulfilment of their obligations.
