EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.35

RE-ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY RABIES CONTROL COMMITTEE (BRCC) OF

BARANGAY TANAG, BUENAVISTA, GUIMARAS

WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act No. 9482” Anti Rabies Act of 2007”. A systemfor the control ,
prevention of the spread and eventual eradication of human and animal Rabies shall be provided and
the need for responsibility pet ownership established.

WHEREAS, it is mandated that there shall be a program to be implemented by the multi sectoral
committee.

WHEREAS, a committee shall be organized in every barangay to assist in the strict enforcement of the
Anti-Rabies Act of 2007.

NOWTHEREFORE, I MAURICIO P. HIPONIA,Punong Barangay Municipality of Buenavista, Province of

Guimaras by virtue of the powers vested upon me by law, do hereby order the re organization of
Barangay Rabies Committee with the following composition

SECTION I. Composition.

Chairman: Hon. Mauricio P. Hiponia , Punong Barangay

Vice Chairman: Hon. Zandro H. Carpio , Kgwd. On Agriculture

Members : Eleanor G. Mario , School in-charge

Mardie Hiponia , Rural Health Midwife
Hon. Mary Antonette Gabales , Kagawad on Health
Hon. Raymart B. Pajarito , SK Chairman
Nerissa H. Antong , BHW
Joyce Ann B. Gatilogo , NGO Rep Women’s Assn.
Victorino Hiponia , Tanod Commander
SECTION 2. Functions
Ensure that all dogs properly immunized, registered and issued a corresponding dog tag /registration card

SECTION 4. Secretariat. The Barangay Secretary shall serve as the Secretariat of the Barangay Rabies Control
Committee.

This order shall take effect immediately.
