Acceding to the desire of our Brother,

the Most Reverend Antonio Lanfranchini
Archbishop of Modena - Nonantola
and many of our other Brothers in the Episcopate
and members of Christ’s faithful,
having consulted the Congregation for the Causes of Saints,
We, by our Apostolic Authority,
decree that the Venerable Servant of God
ROLANDO RIVI
young seminarian and heroic witness of the Gospel
henceforth be given the title of Blessed
and that his liturgical memorial be kept each year
on the 29th of May,
in those places laid down by the norm of law.

ang araw ng kanyang kapanganakan sa Langit,
sa mga Lugar na naiatas ayon sa mga pamantayan ng batas.
