3.Present the idea that a plan is needed to make a good presentation – a storyboard.
C. Lesson Proper
1.Discuss the importance o making a story board. Let the students share by writing on
pieces of paper what they feel is an importance of a story board.
2.Present ideas on making a storyboard – conceptualizing, planning, organizing ideas,
working out the plan.
D. Group Activity
1.Group the students in 3’s. Let them work on a single storyboard.
2.Let them write the storyboard on sheets of bond papers.

A. Preliminary activity
1.Let the students recall opening MS PowerPoint.
2.Review also the different parts of the presentation environment.
B. Presentation of the Lesson
1.Present the different means of creating a presentation.
2.Explain their differences from each other.
C. Lesson Proper
1.Demonstrate the process of creating a presentation using:
a. Template
b. AutoContent Wizard
c. Blank Presentation
2.Explain how these are used differently from each other.
3.Let the students perform the operations one by one. Rate the students on
performance in the execution of the tasks.

IV. EVALUATION
A. Scoring guide: 25 points for every skill correctly performed.

A. Recall
1.Revisit the process of saving a presentation.
2.Ask the students: Which option is to be selected when saving a file with another
file name?
3.With the correct response, state that the same will be used to save a file in
another location and/or file type.
B. Presentation
1.Let the students launch the program and select the Save As option from the File
menu. Let them explore the Save As File Type list box. Discuss the different file
types.
C. Lesson Proper
1.Demonstrate the process of saving the file in different file types.
2.Allow the students to perform one by one. Rate each based on the rubrics
below.

IV. EVALUATION
