TEACHING Pre-lesson: Pupils share other celebrations or special days in Malaysia

ACTIVITIES recap on cursive writing using the Cursive Writing Booklet.
Lesson delivery:
1. Pupils are asked about Independence Day parade. Pupils
conduct a think-pair-share session to share their ideas for
their costume during the parade.
2. Pupils are briefed about the activity. Pupils draw their costume for Independence
Day parade and describe their costume in a paragraph with cursive writing.
3. Pupils draw their costume and describe their costume in a paragraph with 5
sentences (M). Pupils are guided to draw and describe their costume in 3
sentences.
Post lesson: Pupils put up their drawing for a gallery walk.
