Project Summary

 Sauce & Spoon, a local restaurant chain wants to grow its profitability by improving
restaurant’s current operations. The restaurant is looking to launch tabletop menu tablets
that can enable guest to place order and make payment digitally without any intervention
from the server. The pilot is expected to be launched at the bar areas of their two restaurant
locations, Sauce & Spoon North and Sauce & Spoon Downtown.

Project Goals

 Launch the tablet rollout project


 Increase in average daily guest counts
 Increase in customer satisfaction
 Decrease employee burnout and turnover
 Enable the guests at the bar to order using error free ticketing system
 Enable increase in sale of product mix using upselling technique
 Growth in digital presence of the restaurant
 Decrease in the average table turn time
 Successfully integrate tabloids seamlessly with existing POS system and host system

Deliverables

 Successful launching of working tablets at two restaurant locations


 Enabling the guest to successfully order and pay using the tabloid
 Providing add-on suggestions and coupons while placing orders
 Integrating a feature to communicate specific guest requests to the kitchen directly
 Seamlessly integrating of the tablets with existing POS system and host software
 Deploying training program for current staff and new staff that will be onboarded in future
