After configuration or changing of the setting data, the data will be transmitted via CAN-BUS from BCS to PLC.
Data are stored in the PLC and read out again by the BCS.
1: *** Travelling 2nd Gear automatic if travelling 2nd gear is active (only RH400)

Gear Box Left reached
18: Oil level Pumpdrive if the minimum level of the right-hand pumpdrive gear box has
Gear Box Right been reached
25: X Oil Level Swing Transmission 1 as long as oil level swing transmission 1 is right
26: X Oil Level Swing Transmission 2 as long as oil level swing transmission 2 is right
27: X Oil Level Swing Transmission 3 as long as oil level swing transmission 3 is right
28: X Oil Level Swing Transmission 4 as long as oil level swing transmission 4 is right
always input 31 has to be connected (no other input (30 or/and 32) must be connected!)
RH90: no sensors
RH120: sensors 1 + 2
RH170: sensors 1,2 + 3
RH200: sensors 1,2,3 + 4
RH340: sensors 1,2,3 + 4
38: Supply Plug 30 SELFHOLDING of the PLC: as long as ignition key is switched on,
or as long as ladder light is active, or as long as any idle function is
active, or if cab light, maintenance light or tank lift is switched on
(cab light and maintenance light are switched off after idle timers
have run out and ignition key is switched off at the same time!)
39: Start Left-Hand Engine as long as the left hand Engine Start Button (Input 7) is pushed
and the following starting conditions are fulfilled:
• No Emergency switch is engaged cl. 6 off
• Ignition key is switched on cl. 5 on
• The following Shut-Off Valves are open:
RH90 - RH400: left valve cl. 13 on
RH120, RH170, RH400 in addition: middle valve cl. 15 on
RH170 in addition: right valve cl. 14 on
• Right-hand engine Start button is not pushed cl. 8 off
• Left-hand engine Stop button not pushed cl. 9 off
• The engine has not run for 10 seconds (generated internal)
(left-hand engine Start button cannot be pushed twice in 3 seconds)
40: Start Right-Hand Engine as long as the right hand Engine Start Button (Input 8) is pushed
and the following starting conditions are fulfilled:
• No Emergency switch is engaged cl. 6 off
• Ignition key is switched on cl. 5 on
• The following Shut-Off Valves are open:
RH90 - RH400: right valve cl. 14 on
RH120, RH170, RH400 in addition: middle valve cl. 15 on
RH170 zusätzlich: left valve cl. 13 ein
• Left-hand engine Start button is not pushed cl. 7 off
• Right-hand engine Stop button not pushed cl. 10 off
• The engine has not run for 10 seconds (generated internal)
(right-hand engine Start button cannot be pushed twice in 3 sec.)
41: Electronics Left-Hand Engine if ignition key is switched on – will be switched off (for engine stop)
for 6 seconds when the following conditions are fulfilled:
• 5 min. Idle time left-hand engine has expired, or
• left-hand engine stop button (cl. 9) is pushed without idle, or
• ignition key is switched off without idle, or
• one of the needed shut-off valves is closed, or
• any emergency button is engaged
42: Electronics Right-Hand Engine if ignition key is switched on – will be switched off (for engine stop)
for 6 seconds when the following conditions are fulfilled:
• 5 min. Idle time right hand engine has expired, or
• right-hand engine stop button (cl. 10) is pushed without idle, or
• ignition key is switched off without idle, or
• one of the needed shut-off valves is closed, or
• any emergency button is engaged
43: *** Idle Time Left-Hand Engine if the left-hand engine Idle button (cl. 11) is pushed and the
following conditions are fulfilled:
• left engine is running (generated internal)
• pressure switch load (DSL) is NOT active (generated internal)
will be reset if:
• idle time of 5 minutes has expired, or
• left-hand engine stop button (cl. 9) is pushed, or
• pressure switch load (DSL) is active for a minimum of 2
seconds (if ignition key is switched ON!)
45: Lamp Test if lamp test is active (for 5 seconds after ignition on)
47: Grease System On if the superstructure grease system has been started or if it is
running (pump is active) **
(break for 4 seconds when switching from line A to B)
48: Grease Bypass Valve On if the superstructure grease system has been started or if it is
running ** (is still running for 5 seconds after pump has stopped)
49: Grease Line Switch A-B as long as grease system is pumping into line B **
50: Revolutions Reduction as long as switch is engaged and revolution reduction is active
(10s no DSL, is calculated inside the PMS)
51: *** Grease System Undercarriage if grease system undercarriage has been started or if it is running **
(pump is active) **

(only if grease container is installed)
57: Left-Hand Tank Fuel Level measuring the current fuel level of the left tank
the sensor has an effective range from 1V – 10V. Therefore the fuel
level is shown in per cent. The per cent level is calculated inside the
PLC (1V = 0% / 10V = 100%). The conversion to liter which takes into
account of the tank form is calculated inside the BCS!
59: Right-Hand Tank Fuel Level measuring the current fuel level of the right tank
please see the description of left-hand tank fuel level!
terminals 61, 63, 65, 67, 69 and 71 are designed for: Current: 4 – 20mA:
61: Grease Pressure Superstructure measuring the current grease pressure of the superstructure grease
system **
63: *** Grease Pressure Undercarriage measuring the current grease pressure of the undercarriage grease
system **
(only if undercarriage grease system is installed)
65: *** Grease Level Container measuring the current level of the grease container **
(only if grease container is installed)
