The standing scrapping committee consisting of following members was constituted by GMTD Rohtak vide
Memo no. GMTD/RTK/PLG Scrapping/21-22/4 dated at Rohtak 05.07.2021

The above formed standing committee for obsolete/ unserviceable telecom store met on dated
20.09.2021 to examine the originated proposal of scrapping of 3 power plants body only (Gochhi,
Jahajgarh, BARHANA) and 700 KG iron BTS SITE in Jhajjar SDCA., it has become totally unreliable and
unserviceable and can’t be shifted to any other site. It is recommended that this item may be scrapped

Hence committee recommends the scrapping of 3 power plants body only and 700 KG
iron as mentioned in Annexure- A & B.
The members of the committee inspected the unserviceable item and recommend the
scrapping of the items as shown in Annexure – A & B for the reasons given below:

1. The power plants and iron are lying in unserviceable condition at the locations given in Annexure-A.
2. Certificate of availability of stores has been given by the concerned JTO/SDE.
3. ACE-9 duly signed by concerned JTO/SDE
