A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HONORABLE CANDIDO J. TAGAB, PUNONG BARANGAY

OF TAUG, LILA, BOHOL TO ACCEPT THE MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING (COVERED
COURT) OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS & HIGHWAYS BOHOL (DPWH) 3RD
DISTRICT OF BOHOL
WHEREAS, the primary concerned of the Barangay Taug is to acquire a covered
court which can be utilized as a multi-purpose building facility for general welfare of its
inhabitants,
WHEREAS, such project can be used as the venue for all occasions like sports and
socio-cultural development program, as a center for fiesta celebration , and a place where
barangay can hold meetings , conferences, seminars and other socials and cultural
gatherings,

WHEREAS, the multi-purpose (covered court ) can be served as evacuation center

during the occurrence of calamity or disaster particularly typhoon, considering its location
within the typhoon belt,

WHEREAS, our Punong Barangay Hon. Candido J. Tagab, binds himself to enter into
a contract of acceptance,

WHEREAS, for and behalf of Barangay Taug, Lila, Bohol, this body finds it
necessary to accept the multi-purpose building (covered court ) of the Department of
Highways Bohol (DPWH) 3rd district of Bohol
NOW, THEREFORE

BE IT RESOLVED , by the Sangguniang Barangay of Taug, Lila, Bohol to accept the

multi-purpose building (covered court ) of the Department of Public Works & Highways
Bohol (DPWH) 3rd of District of Bohol.
ADOPTED this 10th day of September 2021, on motion of Hon. Modesto O. Gamad Jr,
duly seconded by Hon. Gloria P. Bodiongan.

OF TAUG, LILA, BOHOL TO REQUEST THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS &
HIGHWAYS BOHOL (DPWH) 3RD DISTRICT OF BOHOL TO INSTALL STAIRCASE WITH
HANDRILL IN LILA BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION
(Sponsor by All Sangguniang Barangay Officials)
WHEREAS, the project wishes to address the local economic development concern of the
beneficiaries, particularly the construction of Boulevard to utilize for socio-economic
activities of the people;
WHEREAS, it is the yearning of the members of this council to provide convenient access to
the constituents and neighbouring barangay wishes to swim in the sea.
WHEREAS, the local government of Taug, Lila, Bohol lacks sufficient funding to be able to
implement the installation of staircase with hand rill in Lila Boulevard Construction.
NOWTHEREFORE, the Sangguniang Barangay of Taug, Lila, Bohol in session duly
assembled Resolves as it hereby Resolved requesting the DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS & HIGHWAYS BOHOL (DPWH) 3RD DISTRICT OF BOHOL TO INSTALL
STAIRCASE WITH HANDRILL IN LILA BOULEVARD CONSTRUCTION.
RESOLVED FURTHER, the copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Office of the
DPWH, for information and favourable consideration.
