and

A. Activity
Give the tens and ones in a given set.

 Motivation Pupils will sing and dance the greater than, less than, and equal to song.

B. Discussion Ask the pupils to get something in their bag (color, pencil, eraser, notebook,
etc.)
Which is less ?
Which is more ?
Which object has the same number?
What did you do to compare the objects you have?
Less than is used when a set of object is fewer than the other set.
For example: A set of 5 bananas is less than the set 10 of bananas.

More than is used when a set of object is fewer than the other set.
For example: A set of 15 apples is more than the set of 8 apples.

We use as many as if the number of objects in a set are the same.
For example: A set 10 pencils is as many as set of 10 pencils.
C. Input Group activity. The pupils will be divided into three groups then each group
will be given pictures of a sets of object. The pupils will compare every two
 Group Activity sets using the expression <, >, and =. Then, they will paste the pictures on
the board with the expression.

2. Renalyn and Jenelyn buy pizza. There are eight pizza slices. Jenelyn
consumed half of the slices, and Renalyn consumed the other half as well.

3. Meo buys five notebooks while Lian buys ten notebooks. Who among
them has less notebooks ?
4. Bea has eight chickens and Maya has two chickens. Who among them
