D) General
1 Mr. Animas Das (Deck Officer / ONGC - TPI) demobilized from LTS-3000.
2 Mr. Deepak Yadav (Mech / ONGC - TPI) infield transferred to Vessel HAL Anant
3 Mr. Krishnan Elangovan (Mech / ONGC - CA ) and Mr. Bregish Puthoor ( HSE / ONGC -CA) will be infield transferred to Barge Falcon Chief in the next available Boat for HRP-III Project

E) Area of Concern
1 Since LTS-3000 main crane is unoperational, recovery of jacket and crane boom is to be carried out on-priority.
2 Evaluation of Jacket condition to be carried out after its recovery.
