ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT ON PSYCHOSOCIAL SUPPORT (PSS)

DURING THE OPENING THE CLASSES
(AUGUST 2022)
As stated in DepEd Order No. 14, s. 2020 titled Guidance on the Required Health
Standards in Basic Education Offices and Schools highlights this priority through the
provision of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Services (MHPSS) to improve and
strengthen the mental resilience of all learners and DepEd personnel, our school- the
Dona Juana Chioco National High School obeys with this.
Psychosocial is relating to the combination of psychological and social behavior.
Psychosocial support is essential for maintaining good physical and mental health and
provides an important coping mechanism for people during difficult times.
As teachers we discussed the assigned topics (per subject/per department) to us to
our respective learners. On the first day of my Edukasyon sa Pagpapakatao (EsP) class, I
have discussed the 7S of Psychosocial Support and on the second day, the Cloud
relaxation.
