• Provided each customer with smart and professional customer service to ensure that
their needs were met while maintaining an environment that feels like home.
• Efficiently used Genesis to process customer orders and set up deliveries, answer
customer questions concerning stock or estimated time to receive an item, recall past
customer history to aid in printing off receipts, or simply answer questions about an item
they purchased from Lowe’s in the past.
• Operated power equipment, such as the Ballymore Power Stocker Lift for down-stocking
of smaller, lighter items, and the Order Picker for obtaining larger, heavier items such as

• Assisted my father in cutting, fabricating, assembling, and installing Cabinetry and

Countertops.
• Traveled to client's homes, taking precise measurements and listening to what the
customer wants, taking their thoughts into account when drawing up the design of the
kitchen.
• Delivered Cabinets and Counter tops in a 12-foot box trailer all over North Central West
Virginia, such as Morgantown, Fairmont, Weston, Buckhannon, Kingwood, Clarksburg,
and occasionally Maryland.
• Supplied customers with samples of cabinet doors and Formica laminate for countertops
and worked with them to create the right kitchen for them.
• Measured materials to determine the correct length and angle needed for the cuts. Join
45-degree miter cuts on counter tops together using miter bolts and wood glue. Assuring
both sides of the countertop are flush and plumb.
