For Parents / Guardian of the pupils of Class XII (Academic Session 2024-2025)
PAYMENT OF FEES
Fees will be debited automatically from the Bank Account through National Automated Clearing
House (NACH). Fees for the months of April & May 2024 will be debited from Bank Account on
22.04.2024.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
It is compulsory for pupils to wear the prescribed school uniform, the particulars of which are given
below:
For BOYS
Navy blue trousers, prescribed striped shirts (half-sleeved for summer and full-sleeved for winter)
with the School emblem on the pocket. Navy blue blazers in winter. Prescribed plain white socks
with navy blue bands and black shoes. The School has prescribed a belt with School logo on its clasp.
The Shirt collars of the Afternoon Session pupils will have a navy blue piping. Please mention
the session of the ward while buying the uniform.
Baggy trousers, bell-bottoms, hipsters and jeans are not permitted. Trousers should have only one
pair of pleats. Sleeves should not be rolled up and buttons should not be left undone. Fancy belts,
shoes and boots are not permitted. Hair should be trimmed short. Nails should be trimmed and kept
clean. If found otherwise, hair and nails may be trimmed at School at the guardians’ cost.
Wearing the navy blue School tie and Blazer is compulsory during the period 1st December to
15th February and at all School functions. House-badges are to be worn compulsorily on every
working day.
For GIRLS
Navy blue divided skirts, prescribed striped shirts (Short-sleeved in summer and full-sleeved in
winter) with the School emblem on the pocket. Navy blue Blazers in winter. Prescribed plain white

socks with navy blue bands and black shoes. The School has prescribed a belt with School logo on

The skirts should be worn from the waist and must reach the knees. Only black clips or hair
bands should be worn, if needed. Shoulder - length hair or longer hair must be neatly tied or plaited
with black ribbons only. Girls must not wear bangles, rings or fancy ear-rings. Only a simple
gold/silver ring/stud may be worn on the ears. Nose-studs must not be worn. Girls must not wear nail
polish, kajal, eyeliners, mehendi or any kind of make-up. Nails should be trimmed and kept clean. If
found otherwise, nails may be trimmed at School.
Wearing the navy blue School tie and Blazer is compulsory from 1st December to
15th February and at all School functions. House-badges are to be worn compulsorily on every
working day. Girls must wear white stockings during winter instead of socks.
The prescribed Grey T-shirts edged with House colours and the School logo on the pocket and
navy blue Track Pant with stripes in House colours.
Guardians must ensure that their wards attend classes attired in proper school uniform. Pupils not in
proper uniform may be barred from attending classes.
For the convenience of the guardians as well as to ensure standardisation of quality and style of
stitching, the following outlets / shops have been selected by the SPES to manufacture and sell the
school uniform at standardised and reasonable rates for different sizes:
Guardians may go to any of the above outlets at their convenience and buy uniform on payment.
Track Pants and T-Shirts for Physical Education Classes will be available at Mercury Point.
School Tie, Belt and Socks are available at Book Shop, South Point School, 16 Mandeville Gardens,
Kolkata-700 019 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am and/or 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm in all weekdays (Except
Saturdays and Sundays).

ID CARD
I.D. Cards will be issued and shall be valid for the ensuing academic year. Guardians are requested
to advise their wards to take care of the ID Cards. In case of damage / loss of ID Cards, the School
office must be intimated with a General Diary from the Police Station along with an application. The
duplicate ID card will be issued on payment of Rs.100/-. In case of any difficulty or issue with the ID
Card, the concerned pupil is to contact the Office Superintendent for advice.
SCHOOL SHOES
As part of the regular school uniform, all pupils are required to wear the prescribed shoes
manufactured by Khadim. During rainy season, pupils may wear the monsoon shoe (wash-n-wear)
from Khadim.
These shoes can be purchased from the following Khadim Stores’ Outlets. At the time of purchase,
kindly mention that your ward studies in South Point High School.
