Assistant Manager – Sales; promoted to Deputy Manager-Sales in July’10 and responsible for entire South-
Gujarat.
Job Profile:-
Job includes Distributor/ Dealer networking, Channel Sales and Business Development. Coverage area is
from Nadiad to Umergam i.e. complete South Gujarat which includes 33 dealers and 5 distributors (200
retailers).
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining close contact with the Distributors, Dealers, Sub-dealers/ Retailers to meet sales target and to review
market conditions.
Formulating sales plans, achieving targets market, nurturing existing markets, providing market updates &
generating MIS for the management.
Timely collection of payments from the dealers/parties against the sales and ensuring that there are no overdue
payments; account reconciliation & responsible for generating orders regularly.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the dealers & retailers to serve the end customers.
Recommending appointment of New-Retail outlet in the territory after assessing the market position.
Quarterly reviewing the RIO of Distributors and Exclusive outlets, to maintain health of the business.
Monthly Forecasting for better availability of product by keeping a check on stock and supply level in coordination
with logistic department.
Market mapping/Intelligence and appointing and expanding retail network and thereby increasing the market share.
Focusing on achievements of targets SKU wise and ensuring the Increase in Market Share both in terms of Value and
Volume.
Network expansion - appointment of new distributors, dealers & retail trade partners.
Previous Experiences:
Worked with Blow Plast Ltd, a marketing arm of V.I.P.Industries Ltd, in Travel Product Division as a Sales Officer and
handling North-Gujarat and Kutch Territory.

Job included Dealers Network, Channel Sales and Business Development. Was responsible for 14 cites, Gandhinagar,
Himmatnagar, Kalol, Mehsana, Patan, Palanpur, Deesa, Unjha, Vishnagar, Bhuj, Gandhidham, Mundra, Mandvi and
Anjar, and managed 30 dealers.
