II. COURSE DESCRIPTION

This course is a physical fitness program intended to equip students with the knowledge of a systematic approach to improve and maintain the level of
fitness and wellness by adopting and maintaining healthy lifestyles. This course deals with the component of physical fitness and fundamental skills in gymnastics.
It offers a different form of exercise from upper extremities that condition the body particularly the fitness. The exercise program intends to complement their daily
routine or future vocation and promote lifelong habits for mental and physical well-being.
