GUEST: Hello good afternoon. Do you have an available room for April 22?

FO: Please tell me your entire name, ma'am/sir. Additionally, the number of visitors as well as the
departure date so we can inform you if there's an available room for you.

GUEST: A room for 2 people, from April 22 to April 26. Five days.

FO: Okay ma'am/sir.

There are several plenty of rooms available. Which one do you prefer? The one by the pool or the one
with an ocean view? The one by the pool is also near to our resto-bar.

GUEST: The one by the pool seems nice.

FO: Our Maroon Suite, which has a king-sized bed for two people, costs 6,000 pesos a night. Free beach
access, pool and jacuzzi use, and daily complimentary breakfast for two are among our services. There
are free drinks and live music every night in our resto bar. Any additional orders will come with a fee.

GUEST: Okay, but are pets allowed?

FO: Yes, pets are welcome at Midnights Swift hotel, ma'am/sir. To avoid incidents, kindly refrain from
bringing your pets anywhere near the pool or jacuzzi area. If you must leave your pets alone, please
make sure they are in a cage in your room. I'll also include, Please do not smoke in your room or
anywhere near the pool or jacuzzi area, ma'am/sir. There's a designated smoking spot close to the
beach.
GUEST: Okay, we will take the Maroon Suite.

FO: Many thanks, ma'am/sir! That amounts to 30,000 pesos in total. Since there is no reservation fee, a
50% down payment of the total amount is needed, with the remaining half due at check-in. We accept
debit/credit payments thru online banking and also the use of e-wallets.

GUEST: I'll pay thru online banking.

FO: Okay ma'am/sir. Please send us an email of your bank information and settle the 50% downpayment.
Let me confirm the details of your reservation, Maroon Suite, arrival on the 22nd of April and departure
will be on the 26th of April. That will be 5 days and 4 nights. Check in will be at 2pm, and the check out
will be at 12 noon. A total of 30,000 pesos and the 50% down payment will be settled via online banking.

GUEST: Yes that is correct. We will arrive at exactly 2pm.
