GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MA. TRISHA N. RAMENTO, Filipino, of legal age,

single, and residing at #337 Sta.Cruz, Sto.Tomas City,
Batangas, do hereby appoint, name, and constitute
HANNABETH MARA C. EMPASE, Filipino, also of legal
age, single, and residing at #525 Taysan, San Jose,
Batangas, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for
me and in my name, place, and stead to do and perform
the following acts, to wit:

1. To administer and exercise general control and

supervision over my three (3) owned beach resorts
namely: Marina Beach Resort and Thalia
Sanctuary both located in Sitio Bubuyan, Locloc,
Bauan, Batangas, and Hamara Paradise located in
Orense Road, Sampaguita, Bauan, Batangas .

2. To administer and exercise general control and

supervision over my three (3) owned beach resorts
which are rented to different people for specific
period of time.

3. To collect the entrance fees and other fees from the

designated cashier of the said resorts and to
deposit the proceeds to my Metrobank account.

HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING these general

powers to my lawful attorney-in-fact hereinabove
mentioned to do and perform all the necessary acts which
I could have lawfully done if present and hereby ratifying
and confirming all that my said Attorney-in-Fact shall
lawfully or case to be done by virtue of these present.
