REVOCATION OF POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, on the date of February 28, 2023, I, MA.

TRISHA N. RAMENTO, have executed a Special Power of
Attorney naming and appointing HANNABETH MARA C.
EMPASE as my true and lawful attorney-in-fact for the
purposes set forth and stated in the aforesaid instrument
which was acknowledged and ratified before ATTY. MARIA
SISA Y. NAVARRO, Notary Public in and for the province of
Batangas, as per Doc. No. 7, Page No. 7, Book No. 3, Series of
2024 of his Notarial Register;

WHEREAS, I now desire to revoke and terminate the

above-mentioned Special Power of Attorney;

WHEREAS, I now intend to render the said Special Power

of Attorney without further force and effect.

NOW, THEREFORE, I have revoked, annulled and made

void and by virtue of these presents do revoke, annul, and
make void the aforementioned Special Power of Attorney and
all the powers and authorities therein granted and conferred
upon said Attorney-In-Fact HANNABETH MARA C. EMPASE.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto affixed my

signature this 3rd day of March 2024 at Lipa City, Batangas,
Philippines.
