 Process Observer’s Time
- PO shared their observation on things transpired during the
sessions for Day 1 which were highlighted by the following:
 Technical assistance provided by the Regional
Monitoring in accomplishing the different PO forms.
 Sessions did not start on time due to some important
insertions.
 Intended learning outcomes were still attained despite
the time constrain.
 Over-all impression on the session was good.

The class managers have also shared their concerns and this can be
summed up on the following points:
 Lacking of some materials needed for the activities.
 Participants were constantly going out.
 Some participants were noisy.
Time management to effectively finish the session without
compromising its intended learning outcomes or objectives.

Notable Observations for

Improvement It would have been better if materials provided were all complete to
avoid delay in the conduct of the activity. Also, it would improved the
delivery of the session of the venue is sound proof as sounds form
other session hall can be heard.
