LIMITED POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, JUDY M. LEGASPI, of legal age, _________________ citizen, and a resident


of _______________________________________________________, named,
constituted, appointed and by these presents do hereby NAME, CONSTITUTE AND
APPOINT, BOBBY CLYDE M. LEGASPI, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of
Poblacion, Makato, Aklan, Philippines, to be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me
and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following acts and things, to wit

1. To negotiate and offer for sale to interested buyers the following inherited
properties:

a) Lot No. 5442 situated in Calimbajan, Makato, Aklan with an area of


60,640 square meters, covered by ARP/TD No. 93-010-014 M1;
b) Lot No. 5188 situated in Calimbajan, Makato, Aklan with an area of
36,440 square meters, covered by ARP/TD No. 93-010-016;
c) Lot No. 5444 situated in Calimbajan, Makato, Aklan with an area of 3,400
square meters, covered by ARP/TD No. 93-010-031;
d) Lot No. 5195 situated in Calimbajan, Makato, Aklan with an area of 600
square meters, covered by ARP/TD No. 93-010-075 M1;
e) Lot No. 5134 situated in Calimbajan, Makato, Aklan with an area of 2,000
square meters, covered by ARP/TD No. 93-010-028 M1;
f) Lot No. 5134-M situated in Calimbajan, Makato, Aklan with an area of 880
square meters, covered by ARP/TD No. 3428; and
g) Lot No. 5443 situated in Calimbajan, Makato, Aklan with an area of
63,900 square meters, covered by ARP/TD No. 93-010-006;

2. To sign, execute Deed of Sale or any other documents or papers necessary and
essential for the negotiation, sale, or any transaction involving the above-listed
properties;
3. To process/transact, transfer the title and tax declaration in the name of the buyer/s
and thereafter to sign any documents required by any government or private
offices /agencies covering the above-listed properties, and to make payments in
relation to the same;
4. To secure or get BIR Tax identification Number, certified copies of Tax
declarations, PSA birth/death certificate, and all other pertinent documents needed
for the transfer, issuance of certificate of title and tax declaration thereof;
5. To receive and acknowledge receipt of the proceeds of the sale whether in cash,
check or other negotiable instrument and if in check, to endorse and encash the
same and deliver the proceeds to me;
6. To do any and all acts necessary to carry into full force and effect the herein
authority for all intents and purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said Attorney-In-Fact full power


and authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite,
necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes, as I

might or could lawfully do if personally present and acting in person, and hereby
Ratifying and Confirming all that my said Attorney-In-Fact shall lawfully do or cause to
be done by virtue thereof.

This Limited Power of Attorney shall remain in full force and effect until revoked
by either party in writing.
