1) Create an artwork that represents a specific emotion.
2) Share your artwork with the class and explain the emotion depicted.
3) Reflect on how creating art helped you understand emotions better.

Significance: Promotes relaxation and emotional regulation through mindfulness.

Instructions:
1) Sit comfortably and focus on your breath for one minute.
2) Notice how your body feels and any emotions that arise.
3) Reflect on the experience and share with a partner if comfortable.
