1. Weigh 2.5 g methyl salicylate, 1.25 g white
beeswax and 1.25 g hydrous wool fat.
2. Melt the white beeswax with the hydrous wool fat in
an evaporating dish on a water bath.
3. Remove from the heat and stir until almost cold.
4. Add the methyl salicylate.
5. Continue stirring until cold.
6. Pack in a glass ointment jar.
