NARRATIVE REPORT
Individual Performance Report
Individual Daily Log

I. Self-Assessment

I assisted the core group in cleaning during the second week. In order to initially reinforce the soil, we
also worked on our agricultural plot, which we had dug and allowed to grow. Here, I also learnt how to
work effectively with others and enjoy achieving success. Here, I performed the proper landing
technique I learnt at TLE throughout my high school years. We completed our proposal successfully,
but we also had other projects, so I also demonstrated time management

II. Challenges and Achievements

Because there were not enough equipment or resources available to complete the project, we ran into
issues while it was being carried out. There was also a time limit. We discussed collaborating more
and working more quickly. We also performed a do-it-yourself project and thought of a different usage.
I'm happy that I could offer some insight into a potential solution. Since our project merely involves
providing a first aid kit, I offer to assist other groups because I believe they require more assistance
than our group does, and we are able to supply and carry out it well.

III. Reflection on NSTP Values

Being a part of NSTP gave me a platform to live my beliefs like protecting the environment and
helping people. Participating in community cleanup operations, for example, demonstrated my
dedication to serve the community by actively promoting its improvement. Working together with
seniors also emphasized how important it is to respect elders while pursuing the shared objective of
cleaning up our environment. These encounters helped me develop a stronger feeling of duty to my
nation and its citizens.

IV. Recommendations for Improvement

It is advisable that all necessary materials be ready for use before beginning the activity. Since
the leaders are in charge of the project in question, everyone should work together. Additionally, I
advise time management so that more tasks may be finished and construction can be completed
more quickly.

V. Conclusion
NATIONAL SERVICE TRAINING PROGRAM-
CIVIC WELFARE TRAINING SERVICE

I helped the core group clean and cultivate a patch of land during the second week. I gained knowledge
about teamwork, time management, and the significance of a successful landing. Despite obstacles
caused by a lack of equipment and resources, we collaborated to expedite the job. We came up with a
do-it-yourself project and an additional use. In order to finish more projects and finish construction more
quickly, I advise completing necessary tasks before beginning a project, involving leaders, and practicing
time management.I showed my dedication to serving the environment and people by volunteering to assist
other organizations. Serving the environment and people as a platform was made possible by taking part
in NSTP. Collaborating with elders and taking part in neighborhood clean-up campaigns underscored the
need of showing respect towards them. These encounters strengthened my sense of obligation to my
nation and its citizens. Being a part of clean-up drives has been rewarding because it has helped me
understand the value of environmental stewardship and community involvement. Giving senior citizens
first aid kits has also been beneficial in that it has deepened my understanding of empathy, accountability,
and the impact of small deeds of kindness.
