Sir,

I am writing to sincerely apologize for failing to complete the teacher's attendance

monitoring online during lunchtime on April 12, 2024. I understand the importance of
this responsibility, and I take full responsibility for the oversight.
Unfortunately, I forgot as I was eagerly anticipating having lunch immediately after
having two consecutive classes in the morning as seen in my attachments. However, I
recognize that this is not an excuse for neglecting my duties, and I deeply regret any
inconvenience my actions may have caused.
I assure you that this incident is not reflective of my commitment to my role as a
teacher. I am dedicated to upholding the standards of our school community and
ensuring that all tasks assigned to me are completed promptly and accurately.
Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I appreciate your
understanding and consideration in this matter.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

JANICE MAE R. RABILLAS

Sir,

I hope this message finds you well!

I am writing to explain the discrepancy in my biometric log for the February 8, 2024
afternoon On that day, I forgot to log in using the biometric system during the
required time frame. This oversight was unintentional, I understand the importance of
accurate timekeeping and its impact on our operations.

However, I want to clarify that despite the absence of a biometric log, I was present
and actively engaged in my duties throughout the day because I was in charged of the
Sinulog 2024 Program. Unfortunately, the system did not recognize my fingerprints
during the log-in process, which led to the discrepancy. I assure you that I am
committed to maintaining punctuality and adhering to all school policies and
procedures, including biometric logging. To prevent such occurrences in the future, I
will take proactive measures, such as setting reminders and double-checking my log-
ins.

I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your
understanding in this matter.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
MARK DON D. TABURADA
