I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of the Sangguniang Kabataan
Chairperson of Vintar to request the retrieval of the Monthly BIR (Bureau of Internal
Revenue) confirmation email for the month of January to December 2023 as the
requirement in the filling of Annual BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue).

Unfortunately, the original email containing the confirmation appears to have been
misplaced or inadvertently deleted from the past administration. In order to fulfill our
regulatory obligations and maintain accurate records, it is imperative that we obtain a
copy of this confirmation email.

Any assistance you can provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Please
let me know if you require any additional information or clarification from my end. I am
available at your earliest convenience to discuss this request further.

Attached are the necessary documents, including the list of requesting barangay
and scanned Identification Card of the Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson.
