Eve time
8:30 1 besan chilla n 1 big bowl salad
Dinner
Before lunch 1 tsp brown powder

At sleeping time 1 tsp of green powder

8:30 1 besan chilla n 1 big bowl salad Manage cooking.it wont take much
Dinner time.
Before lunch 1 tsp brown powder

At sleeping time 1 tsp of green powder

NOTES: 30 min of workout &drink lots of water n pass more urine
