Patterns
 Are regular, repeated or recurring forms or designs.
 It is an arrangement which helps observers anticipate
what might see or what happen next.
Patterns in Nature
1. SYMMETRY

- "proportion," "perfect, or harmonious proportions,"


and "a structure that allows an object to be divided into
parts of an equal shape and size."
2. SPIRAL

- winding in a continuous and gradually widening (or


tightening) curve, either around a central point on a flat
plane or about an axis so as to form a cone.
3. FRACTALS

- a never-ending pattern that repeats itself at different


scales
4. TESSELATION

- is a repeating pattern of polygons that covers a flat


surface with no gaps or overlaps
