(Accomplishing this MEA Quarterly Monitoring
Tool does not mean that schools conducted

All failures and dropouts are trans-in within
the school year
RECOMMENDATIONS
There shall be an orientation of all school
heads on how to conduct proper SMEA using
the mechanism and processes of MEA.
Schools should not release/give good moral
certificate to problem students who failed of
dropped in their schools
Conduct deeper root cause analysis of failure
and dropout for further solution
Profile all absentee students
Teachers need to be capacitated in counseling

Concern: No chance to win in regional search
competition of different programs

Trans-in students will be recommended to other
