15-point Peace and
Development Agenda
The SUCBEM Secretariat, through the Peace and Development
Technical Working Group drafted these 15-point agenda as the
output of the consultations initiated by the primary agencies with
the primary sectors (farmers, peasants, fisherfolks, indigenous
peoples and indigenous cultural communities, youth and
students, urban poor, women, and formal labor sector) during the
Regional Conference for Peace and Development. These agenda
also incorporated comments received from regional offices of
agencies from these consultation proper.
