healthy organic homemade bread, and decadent desserts will become a luxury to lower and middle-
income people.
• SOCIAL - We make product according to customers gender, age, interests. Recently people are
becoming more health conscious, they are more focus on eating healthy, having a healthy lifestyle,
and as such foods rich in sugar, carbohydrates, and fat will be consumed less. As these trends
develop, it is possible that the sale for the cakes can decrease.
