Assumptions:
• 8 operators per crew for ESTRS Haul Trucks (3 models/brands).
• Mobilize contractors to site (~50 FTE, all crews) on Aug10th.
• Trucks mobilized to site in periods of time without Shutdown or any other Major Maintenance.
• Training will start after Mine Operations additional FTE’s are son site and operating (after Aug-15 th).
• Theory training will be paid (conducted off-site).
