07/03/2022 47
SAKARO UNDERGROUND DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION PROGRAM

DEVELOPMENT AND STOPING ACTIVITIES (Assumed dewatering at 1755L is completed):

Continue development and stope preparation from 1755L to 1910EL (phase-1) utilizing two (2) expat crews and concurrent activities with stoping to be
manned by two (2) local crews of the remaining slices / cuts at 1765el to 1780el of veins-2 , 21 and continue sill drifting of vein-1 at 1755L and resume
stoping at 1820L as shown on the attached drawing on phase-1. While raise boring activity is dependent on the availability of stations / chambers to be
done by development crews.
1. Expat crew #1 to start at vein-1, 1820L development and stope preparation:
 Drive attack ramp at midway of existing vein-1 perpendicular towards footwall side or eastside of the vein to connect at proposed production ramp
and prepare raise bore station of 1820 level development.

2. Expat crew #2 to start driving of 1st and 2nd decline connecting ramp and transformer station to relocate the existing at niche-6 along 2 nd decline
due moisture content of the station. From 2nd decline, drive raise bore station access to prepare RB station at 1910L.

Next activities, the crew will concentrate at vein-1, 1755L development and stope preparation:
 Drive attack ramp at midway of existing vein-1 perpendicular towards footwall side or eastside of the vein to connect at proposed production ramp and prepare
raise bore station of 1755 level development.

3. Local crew #1 to resume stoping at vein-2 & vein-21,1755L:

 Vein-2 back el. 1765 -1780 or 3 slices / cuts remaining

4. Local crew #2 to resume remaining SDV1S, 1755L and stoping at V1S, 1820L:
 Continue SDV1S with a remaining length of 210 meters ore drive.

07/03/2022 48
SAKARO UNDERGROUND DEVELOPMENT AND PRODUCTION
PROGRAM

 Resume Bench Stoping of V1S (back el. 1830-1840 el.) with remaining height of 20 meters according to geology but
WAI projection was until 1910 elevation. This should be reviewed and decided at once and may be needs
confirmation drilling above 1820L.

5. This approach is composed of the following criteria to be considered in developing and preparing the stopes of veins-1
and 2.
 Assumed 2 meters per day advance of development in every crew which equivalent to 4 meters per day advance,
120 meters per month and 1,440 meters per year.

 Production Plan is 180,000 tonnes yearly target or 15,000 tonnes monthly target or 500 tpd @ 3g/t-Au.

 For expat manpower requirements, it requires 16 men including rest day replacement and vacation leave in 2-
long shift basis. While local manpower requires 24 men including rest day replacement and absenteeism in 3-shift
system basis.

07/03/2022 49
