What is a pattern?
A pattern is a series or sequence that repeats.

3 5 7 9 ____ 11
Shapes, objects, and letters can be repeatedly
arranged to form a pattern.
To find the next shape, object, or letter in a
pattern, you must observe their arrangement.
Moreover, if a pattern consists of a set of
numbers, then it is called a number pattern. If
we know the rule of a pattern, we can find the
missing number and therefore, complete the
pattern or even extend it.

II. Describe the pattern of each of the number sequence. Then
extend each number sequence by adding two more terms.
