The Results-Based Performance Management System-
Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers for School Year 2021–2022 has been put into place statewide as of February 9, 2022, and even the school where Ms. Marcela Ramos teaches has embraced this program. As a result, Ms. Ramos adhered to and fulfilled all of its MOVs (means of verifications). The principal of the school, Mrs. Rita Luz M. De Padua verified the results that Ms. Ramos had presented. As a result of hardship and dedication to work, Ms. Ramos received an outstanding grade after a thorough validation process headed by the school head.
