Hi, I’m Jess!


I am a Product Management Enthusiast! My journey started when I pursue my
interest in Accounting and Finance during my college. It allows me to have the
opportunity to work in Banking industry for 1+ years as a frontliner. While my job
shaped me to be problem solver, customer-oriented, capable on managing
stakeholders and fluent in communication, I have desired to hone my analytical
thinking and problem solving related to product. Thus, I decided to walk out from
my comfort zone by joining RevoU Full Stack Product Management Program and
become a career switcher to Product Management field!

Objectives
Determine feature improvement for Pinhome Service Apps.

Process
● Define and list out solutions based on research and validation for
reschedule feature, tipping feature and tracking feature.
● Set milestones (product roadmap) for reschedule feature based on
prioritization.
● Create PRD (Product Requirement Document) & user stories - by creating
JIRA ticket.
● Create Prototype & conduct user testing.
● Propose improvement feature design.
● Determine Go-To-Market Strategy and future action.
Results
UT results and recommendation based on feedback and analysis.
Achievement: Our project ranked 4th out 12 groups with scored 80/100 view to slides
points.

● Determine the metrics for activation and retention.

● Research some problem background behind building the features and

● Explain the problem background on financial issues in Indonesia and
determine the target market for the “Nabung Rutin” feature.
● Create wireframes and user flows of the “Nabung Rutin” feature.
● Determine the best success metrics: MAU and repeat investment ratio.

● Focus on an initiative - users can track their expenses and savings
conveniently- and create user flow of each breakdown.
● Convert these initiatives breakdown into product roadmap.
