Summary of study:

The current study aimed to identify the relationship between the pressure on the teaching profession, and some
changes to the teachers the basic minimum in the Gaza Strip, also aimed to identify whether there were statistically
significant differences in pressure, the teaching profession and changing sex, and knowledge of the differences
between male and female teachers in the pressure Changing the teaching profession and qualifications, and

knowledge of the differences between male and female teachers in the teaching profession and the pressure of
monthly salary and a variable to know the differences between male and female teachers in the teaching profession

and the pressure variable age.

The study sample consisted of 72 teachers (30 teachers) and (42 teacher), who work in schools and the international
relief agency for the operation of the refugees (UNRWA), at the stage of basic education, the minimum in the Gaza

Strip / Palestine, for the academic year 2008/2009.

The results of the study showed that there is no statistically significant differences among the middle-grades teachers
in class to the total pressure, the teaching profession due to a variable (sex - qualifications - monthly salary age).
In the light of the findings of the current study, researchers recommended the need to develop and design some of

the ways and strategies to reduce the pressure of the teaching profession to a Palestinian teacher and their negative
effects on the mental and physical health and thus on the entire educational learning process.
