The Tyndall effect is light scattering by particles in a colloid or particles, in that the
intensity of the scattered light depends on the fourth power of the frequency,
so blue light is scattered more strongly than red light

VD: + Cho thnh phn 2 pha gm: 60% du + 40% nc. Nu chn cht nh ha ha tan tt
trong nc => pha phn tn l du to h nh Oil in water.
+ Protein ha tan tt trong nc hn trong du => to h nh oil in water
