ABSRTACT
The Affecting Of Training On Development Of
Human Recourses, Case Study: The Ministry Of
Electricity In Iraq

This study aimed to identify the affecting of training on
development of human recourses, in the ministry of electricity in Iraq.(
The researcher developed a questionnaire consists of (52) items,
using likert scale.( The researcher distributed 60 questionnaires to the
study population "trainers", 51 were retrieved with a percent of (85%),
and 21 questionnaires to the "trainees", 51 were retrieved with a
.(percent of (76%) and they were suitable for statistical analysis
The study reached at a number of findings, the most significant of
which is that the independent variables of the study showed
.(significant impact on the dependent variable
To analyze data and to test the research hypotheses, appropriate
methods were used.( They included: the descriptive statistics, simple
and multiple regressions tests, T-test, and one way ANOVA.( The
results showed too that there were significant effects of the
independent variables on the dependent variables; based on the
study results, the researcher recommends some recommendations,
one of which is the development of the system of motivation in the
.(ministry
