Ang hustisya ang nagsisilbing hatol sa mga kasong malalim at nagdudulot

ng masinsinang imbestigasyon. Marami ang nagtataka kung bakit sa kadamidami
ng mga nagging biktima ng karahasan, marami ang umuungol at sumisigaw ng
hustisya. Makakamit ba nang isang walang kamuwangmuwang na anak ang
tamang hustisya sa isang ama na gumahasa sa kanya ng ilang beses? Matatawag
pa ba na isang demokrasya ang isang bansa kung mismong ang mga mamumuno
ay siyang nagpapalala sa sitwasyon ng bansa at nagiging mangmang sa
katotohanan ang mga ito?
Ating tunghayan ang mga karakter sa likod ng palabas na pinamagatang
“NASAAN ANG HUSTISYA?”.

MGA KARAKTER

• Marko del Fuerro Ako si Marko del Fuerro. Ako lamang ang may
karapatang magdesisyon sa lahat lahat ng bagay. Pakikialaman ko ang
bawat kilos ng aking pamilya dahil ako nagpapalamon sa kanila. Sa akin
lamang ang hustisya.
• Bernadette del Fuerro Ako ay si Bernadette del Fuerro. Ako ay isang
inosenteng biktima ng panggagahasa ng aking ama. Nasira ang aking mga
pangarap sa isang iglap dahil sa kababuyan na ginawa ng aking ama.
Makakamit ko kaya ang hustisya?
• Maricar del Fuerro Ako si Maricar del Fuerro. Ako ay isang
mahinang babae na palaging sumusunod sa dikta ng aking asawa. Pilit
kong gustong tumakas at umalis, pero mahal ko siya. Sasama ba ako sa
pagtataguyod ng hustisya?
• Doña Amalia del Fuerro Ako si Doña Amalia del Fuerro. Ako
ang kontrabidang ina ni Marko na aapi sa kanyang asawa. Walang
sinuman ang magiging reyna ng aking anak kondi ako lamang. Lupa si
Bernadette at ako lamang ang langit.
• Inday Katring Ako si Inday Katring. Ako ang katulong ng
pamilyang del Fuerro.
• Atty. Diosdado Delgado Nakasalalay sa aking mga kamay ang
hustisya na hinahangad ni Bernadette. Mananaig ang batas sa kabila ng
mapanghamong sistema.
 PARLIAMENTARY PROCEDURE

Chairman: Students, clinical instructors and the rest of the Section B students,
ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon! The BSN4B, Group 6 will now start the
parliamentary procedure. Let us start this session with a prayer. Miss Sec. can
you please lead the prayer.
Secretary: Almighty God, bestow unto us the love that must spread in this
world. Guide us along with our session and may you continue to give us presence
of mine as we deliver our thoughts. This we ask in the mighty of Jesus Christ, our
Savior. AMEN.
Chairman: Are we in quorum?
Secretary: (Attendance of the group). Yes, Mr. Chairman we are in quorum!
Chairman: Good afternoon everyone! Miss Secretary what is the agenda of this
afternoon’s session?
Secretary: The agenda for this afternoon’s session are the following: 1) Schedule
for our session; 2) Others.
Chairman: Thank you Ms. Secretary! The meeting will come to order.
Secretary: Last meeting, everyone was present in the attendance, and the Inauguration
day, the exact date and time when it should be held were discussed.
Chairman: Are there any corrections to the minutes?
Everyone: None.
Chairman: If there are no (further) corrections, the minutes stand approved as read.
Is there any suggestion with regards to the schedule of our session?
Suzette: Mr. Chairman!
Chairman: Yes, Ms. Cachuela, you are recognized!
Suzette: Mr. Chairman, I suggest that our session be held every third Saturday of the
month where the immunization day at the Barangay is conducted.
Chairman: Is anyone in favor of Ms. Cachuela’s suggestion? Let’s now have the votation
of the body.

Chairman: 6 out of 8 has in favored to Ms. Cachuela’s suggestion. The main motion
that our schedule be held every third Saturday of the month during the Immunization
day schedule is thereby approved.
Is there any unfinished business?
Everyone: None.
Chairman: Is there any new business?
Charlyn: Mr. Chairman!
Chairman: Ms. Cabanlit, you are recognized!
Charlyn: I heard that World Aids Day will be held this coming Saturday and as nursing
students we must support the said program.
Chairman: Is there any violent reaction?
Everyone: None.
Chairman: Are there any announcements?
Everyone: None
Chairman: If there is no further business, the meeting will be adjourned. The meeting
is adjourned!
Newscaster: Sa ulo ng mga nagbabagang balita! Isang babae ginahasa ng
kanyang sariling ama! Nagpapatrol Jeremy Ann Bred.

Jeremy Bred: Ginahasa ng kanyang sariling ama ang isang menor de edad na
babae na tawagin natin sa pangalang “Meriam” sa Buhangin Davao City noong
nakaraang linggo alas sais ng gabi.
Napag-alaman na ang nasabing babae ay sinimulang ginahasa ng kanyang
ama noong Setyembre 18 nitong taon ng paulit-ulit.
Sabi ng biktima pinagbantaan daw siya ng kanyang ama na papatayin
silang mag-iina kapag ito’y nagsumbong.
Narito ang pahayag ng biktima.
