    Wheat shed wise register not maintained also rice shed wise
    register not updated in terms of number of bags and quantity
    received or issue.
    Loose grains found on few chambers require cleaning.

    Wheat and Rice Shed Wise got completed in terms of bag and qty.
    rec/issue. Loose Grain is also cleared.

    Observation on Records

    Wheat received from S.S. warehouse 19 bags on 18-7-2016 vehicle No-PB11BK5568 after dispatches
    of total bags and same lying on platform also cleaning work under process once cleaning has been
    done it should be account for on Gopal casting warehouse registers.
    10% weighment register not maintained of rice.
    Stack wise inspection register not updated it is updated up to 13-7-2016 instead of 14-7-2016.
    Sample analysis register of rice updated but not properly according to the date wise of D.T.R as well
    as Weigh bridge register closing receive date.
    Joint moisture register not updated properly.

    Record - Compliance

    cleaning done. 12 bags found clear having CAD No. 67063., 10 %


    weighment is maintained. Stack wise register updated fortnightly. Sample
    analysis register updated. Joint moisture is updated. DTR and weighbridge
    registers are also updated.

    Safety Measures

    Fumigation covers are lying on scatter condition on round the godown no one
    take cares of it.
    A.L.P required at the godown.
    Out of 40 fumigation covers 25 covers noticed damaged.

    Safety - Compliance

    All fumigation covers lying are unservicable and


    were taken out by FCI from chambers. Th covers
    are folded, we got information that vendor will
    take it from us, but till now nobody came. We
    require 120 Kg ALP. 25 covers are damaged and
    are folded.
