1. SYNIMET E PROGRAMIT
Hartimi i ktij programi orientues sht bazuar trsisht n programet e gjuhs angleze, t
cilat prcaktojn njohurit dhe shprehit e domosdoshme gjuhsore, komunikuese dhe
funksionale.
Programi orientues pr prgatitjen dhe realizimin e provimit t Maturs Shtetrore pr gjuhn
angleze si provim i detyruar, sht realizuar si sintez e njohurive dhe shprehive t fituara
gjat gjith procesit msimor n kt lnd, si n aspektin tematik ashtu edhe n aspektin
gjuhsor (gramatikor, leksikor) dhe funksional.
Programi Orientues sht hartuar duke pasur parasysh nevojat e nxnsve, zhvillimet e tyre
individuale duke u dhn mundsi pr sukses n at ka i pret.
Ky program synon:
- t ndihmoj nxnsin maturant n prgatitjen e tij pr provimin e gjuhs angleze si
provim i detyruar n nivelin gjuhsor B1, bazuar n nivelet gjuhsore t prcaktuara n
Shkalln globale t Kuadrit Evropian t Referencave pr Gjuht;
- t ndihmoj msuesin e lnds n punn e tij pr zbatimin e programit dhe pr tu dhn
orientimet e duhura nxnsve pr mnyrn se si t mbshteten n kt program dhe far
duhet t din ata pr t realizuar me sukses kt provim prmbylls t dijeve t tyre n
lndn e gjuhs s huaj;
- orientimin e vlersimit q do t prfshij 2 aftsi kryesore (nga katr aftsi q ka gjuha e
huaj t lexuarit dhe t kuptuarit dhe t shprehurit me shkrim), si dhe konceptet
gjuhsore, gramatikore dhe funksionale t domosdoshm pr nivelin B1;
- t jap orientime pr specialistt q merren me hartimin e testeve t Maturs Shtetrore
pr gjuhn angleze si provim i detyruar.

2. UDHZIMET PRAKTIKE MBI PRDORIMIN E PROGRAMIT


Pr prdorimin e ktij programi msuesi duhet t ket parasysh specifikn e gjuhs s huaj,
ku nxnsi n provim do t prballet me situata t reja ose me pjes t reja leximi por
tematika, gramatika dhe funksionet gjuhsore do t jen po ato q ka studiuar ndr vite.
Kur flitet pr tematikn kryesore n program nxnsit duhet q t ken njohuri pr temat q
jan t prfshira n program (Sports and Entertainments, Travel Time, Environmental Issues,
Modern Living, education, Personal and Social Life etc.)
Prsa i prket prdorimit t gjuhs, msuesi duhet ti prgatis nxnsit q t jen n gjendje
t zgjidhin ushtrime mbi aspektet kryesore gramatikore dhe leksikore q ata kan trajtuar
gjat viteve t shkolls s mesme. (passive voice, conditionals, reported speech, verb tenses,

adverbs and adjectives comparisons, prepositions, connectors, countable and uncountable
nouns; vocabulary related to entertainments, hobbies, food, celebrations, holiday
destinations, types of travel, weather conditions, environmental issues, science, technology,
fashion, etc) duke dal nga konteksti i msimeve ku kto probleme trajtohen. Msuesi duhet
ti vr theksin ans praktike t zgjidhjes s ushtrimeve, duke i trajtuar kto ushtrime n
forma t ndryshme, her me tipe ushtrimesh me alternativa, e her tipe ushtrimesh t hapura,
ku m t spikaturat jan gap-fill, sentence transformation, matching, etj.
Funksionet gjuhsore duhet t trajtohen n mnyr sa m t larmishme duke prdorur situata
nga t gjitha fushat e jets por duke ruajtur formatet dhe shprehjet q jepen n tekstet
msimore. Nxnsi duhet t jet i prgatitur kryesisht pr kto nocione gjuhsore:
- Expressing interests
- Giving personal information
- Recommending places
- Making suggestions (proposals, comments) on simple issues
- Suggesting and reaching a decision
- Expressing similiarities and diffrences
- Expressing likes and dislikes
- Making and responding to invitations
- Asking and answering personal questions

lnd gjat viteve t shkolls s mesme. Prshkrimin e kompetencave dhe njohurive po i

paraqesim n gjuhn angleze pasi nxnsi sht njohur me to n Portofolin Evropian t
Gjuhve ku jepet prshkrimi pr do nivel gjuhsor.
Reading and Comprehension
Students at level B1 can understand texts that consist mainly of high frequency everyday or
job-related language. They can understand the description of events, feelings and wishes in
personal letters.
- They can read straightforward factual texts on subjects related to their field of interest
with a satisfactory level of comprehension.
- They can understand the description of events, feelings and wishes in personal letters well
enough to correspond regularly.
- They can find and understand relevant information in everyday material, such as letters,
brochures and short official documents.
- They can recognize significant points in straightforward newspaper articles on familiar
subjects.
- They can identify the main conclusions in clearly signaled argumentative texts.
- They can search one long or several short texts to locate specific information they need to
help them complete a task.
