MEALPLAN 1.

BREAKFAST:

. 2 eggs + 1 knekke brød + 1 apple

LUNCH : Chicken salad

. 100 grams chicken breast + 1 apple (cut small in to pieces )+ ¼ red onion + half avocado +
coriander

SNACK:

. 2 SPORTS KNEKKEBRØD + 3 SKIVER KALKUN SKINKE UTEN KRYDDER

DINNER:

. 200 gr salmon + green salad

. 1 SKYR
