MINUTES OF MEETING

Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at Library Room.

Meeting Agenda:
1. To discuss the procedures in giving the specific awards as stipulated in
DepEd Order 36, series of 2016.
2. To set a timeline for the submission of the awardees.

 The meeting was presided by Mr. Amir M. Villas. He discussed the awards for
outstanding performance in specific discipline. He point out that it must be given to
learners in grades 10 and 12 who exhibited exemplary skills and achievement on
different learning areas. Mrs. Tovillo asked what will happened if there is no awardee/s
for her subject. Mr. Villas stressed out that it is possible to have no awardee for a
specific discipline if the learner/s did not meet the required final rating of 90 upon
computation of different criteria set for each discipline.
 Upon the discussion of the different criteria Mr. Villas said that the Academic rating was
the final grade in the learning area. Mrs. Morales asked, “how about the output? Where
can we get it, since all our outputs were given back to our students? We cannot retrieve
it anymore.” Mr. Villas answered the questions by giving what is written on the Deped
order.
 Some of the teachers have queries as as :How about if there were no winnings? Is it
considered as participation? Answer: Yes we can. If we participate in an event, it is a
participation.
 Submission of Awardees will be on March 15, 2019 for Grade 12 and March 20 for Grade
10.
 Mr. Tabor also stressed out the submission of grades.
 The meeting was adjourned at 9:05 in the morning.
